1-on-1 Session

Our 1-on-1 online training is fully customizable to meet each student's unique goals and needs. Zoom classes are available in 60 or 90-minute sessions, with each focusing on specific drills and progressions tailored to the student's objectives. We encourage students to submit weekly training videos to ensure they are on track with the techniques they've learned and to also answer any questions that might be unclear.

Contrary to popular belief, online training can be highly effective for learning handstands, as it eliminates the need for a spotter. Beginners often rely too heavily on a spotter, which can prevent them from engaging the correct muscles and finding the right balance point. Through our online classes, students can develop spatial and weight awareness more quickly, while also learning proper wall techniques that can effectively translate to handstands without wall support.
